Frames

Frames. Art pieces on a wall. Pictures on social media. What if… inside the frame there was a human being… Trapped in their own existence. Trapped in 12-14 hour work days. Trapped in 7-days-a-week work. Who will take care of them when they are ill? Who will make them a coffee when they are tired? Who will buy their goods? The labour people are working hard, but their hard work isn’t paying off. Their arms, hands, backs and legs are strong. Yet, they are the people who suffer the most from any instability around them. They are fragile. The absurdity culminates in the actual spontaneous beauty of their daily lives. Unaware of this beauty, busy with their work, they let me take pictures in frames.
